Lidl GB’s new advert gives shoppers a look into what Christmas could look like in the future.

It starts in the present day, as a family sit around a kitchen table preparing for a traditional Christmas lunch. For the next scenes, the same family sits at the table for Christmas dinner again and again – but for each time it’s set decades into the future… No matter the decade, the advert features a host of Lidl’s Christmas products at great prices.

Claire Farrant, Marketing Director at Lidl GB, said: “After a challenging couple of years, the nation wants to look forward not back, which is why we’ve set our light-hearted ad decades in the future.”
